Prices and Payments

All listed prices include VAT and are denominated in British Pounds (£). Payments can be made using debit cards (Switch, Delta, Maestro, Electron), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), or charge cards (American Express).

Transactions involving credit or charge cards will undergo validation checks and require authorization from the card issuer. For enhanced fraud protection, the Company may choose (though not obligated) to conduct additional checks on provided names and addresses using sources like the Electoral Roll data. If verification is needed, any resulting delay cannot be attributed to us.

 

Pricing and Discounts

For time-limited offers, any mentioned dates serve as approximate guidelines, and we hold no obligation to honor orders made beyond that date. We retain the right to modify prices or offers without prior notification.

 

Force Majeure

We cannot be held accountable for failing to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Severance

Should any of these Terms and Conditions be deemed void or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will only apply to that specific provision and won't impact the validity of other terms.

 

Account Removal

Should you choose to close your account, kindly contact hello@wallowwine.co.uk, and we will assist you in the account removal process while also erasing any associated account information.

 

Wallow Wine Card Top-Up

Credit added to the Wallow Wine Card is valid for 365 days from the last charge. If the card remains unused for 365 days, any remaining credit will no longer be redeemable in Wallow Wine stores, nor will it be subject to refunds.

 

Challenge 25 Policy

Across all our premises, we uphold a challenge 25 policy. When your order is served, a team member may request proof of identification. Failure to provide valid identification will result in denied service and an inability to receive a refund.

 

Bookings

For standard bookings with a deposit and/or minimum spend requirement, cancellations can be made up to 5 working days prior to the booking date for a refund. Private Hire bookings follow the cancellation policy specified in the contract. Keep in mind that cancelling pre-paid pre-orders requires 48 hours' notice, and bookings secured with card authorization require 24 hours' notice. Refunds may take up to 21 days to reflect in your account.
